I am the first African-American woman to join the Philadelphia Iron Workers Union local #405, and the first woman of any ethnicity to ever complete the Union’s apprenticeship program. I am the Chairman & CEO of Iron lady Enterprises, Inc. a certified minority woman owned DBE construction contractor specializing in building bridges, heavy highway, and industrial building construction. Now, I am giving at-risk youth the second chance I was given by training them and exposing them to careers.
