Two-time nominee of the Bram Stoker Award, his fiction and essays have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Razor Magazine, Weird Tales, and Year's Best American Fantasy 3. He's the co-editor of the Fantasy, Bandersnatch, Phantom, and Creatures anthologies. Paul is also on the board of directors of the Shirley Jackson Awards. He lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts, has a master's degree in Mathematics, and has no uvula.</span><br>
