Sabina Kurz

<p>After graduating from the prestigious fashion institute ESMOD in Paris, Sabina moved to NYC to pursue a career as a fashion stylist. During the decade of her career she has styled hundreds of photo shoots for major fashion magazines and advertising. She has consulted many celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Kathleen Turner, Sheryl Crow and Placido Domingo.</p> <p>Simultaneously she developed her passion for film, writing and acting. After studying at Lee Strasberg Theatre Insitutute for 3 years and auditioning for 2 years, Sabina was inspired to take her career into filmmaking, producing provocative dramas with transformational and poetic elements.</p> <p>In 2007 Sabina founded her production company, Anibas Films. She wrote, produced and directed her first short film 'Autumn Dawn" which was selected at the Big Apple Film Festival and screened at Tribeca Cinema in NYC. Her next short film 'was "Encounters" which was screened at Nublu in NYC in 2011, followed by a poetic vignette "Reves des Anges".</p> <p>Sabina's mission is to create movies that are empowering, expansive and explosive thus bringing her to the current production of her first feature film "Turning the Tides".</p>
