<p> </p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Yana Kehrlein</strong> is a French-American filmmaker and visual artist. Raised in Marseilles, he studied Philosophy at Université de Provence before moving to Montreal, where he pursued Visual Art at Concordia University and worked at an educational center for adults with severe physical disabilities. He has won multiple awards for his unique digital artwork and has had numerous solo exhibitions in Canada and Europe, including recent large-scale public installations in Norway and Canada. </span></p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">He currently resides in New York, where he is completing his MFA in Film at Columbia University, teaching documentary filmmaking and working as a video producer for EdLab at Teachers College to promote and develop new tools and strategies for the future of education. He also studied in Paris at the renowned French film school La Fémis, gaining additional exposure to international film production.
