My name is Emmanuela Alimlim, nd am 20 years old. I am currently a first year student at the university. I grew up in Kenya in a marginalised community where girls did not get a chance to go to school. Despite the hardships and struggles to go to school, I managed to be the first girl in my village to attend university. Seeing the struggles I had, I told myself I had a role to play to support other young girls, and that is why I came up with my own initiative to support others.
