My name is Brittany Hilton and I work in Community Development with the Jane Goodall Institute Tanzania. I first arrvied in Tanzania on a 6 month internship, however, after meeting Dr. Thomas, a local Tanzanian Veterinarian working tiressly to save the lives of animals with very little community support or acknolwdgement, i decieded my efforts were needed to stay in Tanzania to help reshape the way in which animals are perceived and treated in Tanzania.
