<p>My name is Oliver Shuttlesworth and I'm the founder of ESPEROS. I'm an adventure-seeker, an avid traveler, a volunteer, and apparently an entrepreneur.</p> <p>Prior to starting ESPEROS, I was heavily involved as a tutor and mentor at some of Austin's most at-risk campuses and I've been interested in educational policy, both national and international, for some time. It's long been a goal of mine to find a way to make a positive impact on those who need help most and I think I've found a way to make that happen with ESPEROS.
