What is klezmer and who are the London Klezmer Quartet?

Klezmer is the celebratory and soulful folk music of Jewish eastern Europe.

The London Klezmer Quartet is an all-female group formed in 2009 who "bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and excitement to their performances", according to Frank London of The Klezmatics.
