I'm a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and one of them has a physical and intellectual disability. For the last 6 years I have been advocating for the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program to help promote a healthy life for physically disabled people in the Southeast. It is heart warming to see the joy when members me serve realize how they can get involved in sports and become active again and keep a healthy lifestyle. This organization has changed my daughters life and as a result our family
