Ward Roberts

<p>The filmmaker with the twisted mind behind DUST UP, Ward Roberts, has worked and studied with some of the biggest names in the business, including Jeff Goldblum, Shane Black, and the Coen Brothers. A founding member of DrexelBox, Ward has built a varied and extensive resume in the film and television industry.</p> <p>Ward co-wrote, directed and starred in his short film, THE BOY SCOUT, which won multiple awards and played at over 30 film festivals around the world. His first feature film as writer and director, LITTLE BIG TOP, starred the legendary Sid Haig, and made its world premiere at the prestigious Heartland Film Festival going on to receive critical acclaim upon its release in theaters and on DVD in 2008.</p> <p>Along with directing and editing numerous music videos, Ward&rsquo;s popular web series, THE BABY EATERS, has garnered over a million video views. Ward has acted in countless films, television shows and plays, including lead roles in the cult favorites JOSHUA, LO, and CHILLERAMA. Roberts has been seen on The History Channel, E! Television, N.C.I.S. and CSI: NY and is also a series regular on Spike TV&rsquo;s hit show MANswers.</p> <p>&ldquo;I decided to freak out about making a very ambitious film with virtually no money in the middle of the Mojave desert, rather than face my true fears of being responsible for a brand new human life. Now, I view the film and my daughter as siblings, both of which I&rsquo;m very proud to have not messed up too badly at this point.&rdquo;</p>
