I've always loved to cook. I'm mostly self-taught as my Dad was pretty much a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so that's what we ate most of the time. I, however, like to explore the foods of other places and times. I'm making a go at turning my love for quality, locally grown, organic (as much as possible) foods into a business that lets me share that love with others who enjoy quality foods made in small batches with lots of caring thrown in.
