<p>Kreg Gilson</p> <p>Writer &amp; Director</p> <p>So, you want to learn a bit about me, my name is Kreg Gilson, I&rsquo;m married and have a 15 yr son.&nbsp; I started in the film industry as an actor, but found myself being intrigued by what was happening behind the camera.&nbsp; I created Cut Floor Productions as a joke, because that is where my scenes always seemed to end up, on the cutting room floor.&nbsp; To learn more about what it takes to make movies; I jumped in and wrote a script called The Journal and was on my way.&nbsp; Armed with a skeleton crew and a handful of unpaid actors, we began shooting.&nbsp; I learned so much of how a set works, more importantly I learned a lot of what not to do.&nbsp; Either way you slice it I was hooked.&nbsp; To get better and learn more, I found myself involved with many projects taking on any duties that had to be filled.&nbsp; Most recently, I wrote and directed Blue Glass, which is a romantic film following a love-struck couple through a very unique wedding proposal.&nbsp;&nbsp; Blue Glass was an official selection into the 2012 Omaha Film Festival.</p> <p>Now, I find myself with a professional crew &amp; equipment, a talented group of actors, and a funny script with lots of potential.
