I am a retired judge on the panel of arc4adr.com as well as an author. Back in 1969 I was at Yale when demonstrators descended on New Haven to protest the murder trial of Panther Party Chairman Bobby Seale. I moved to the Bay Area for law school, and have lived over 40 years in Oakland, site of the 1968 Newton trial.
