Black Alphabet is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in Chicago, Illinois. Our premier program is the Black Alphabet Film Festival (BAFF), a film festival is designed and dedicated to showcasing works by and about the Black LGBTQ/SGL community. Our mission is to empower our community by promoting, nurturing and celebrating the stories of Black LGBTQ-identified people through the art of film.
