I was born and raised in Alexandria, VA, and began my musical career as a violinist at the age of nine. It was not until my freshman year of college that I picked up classical bass, thinking it was a kind of hobby. However, things didn’t go as planned – I fell in love with the instrument, and pursued it seriously, practicing like a maniac. Today, I live in Chicago, performing in venues around the city and promoting music I love.
