I'm Heather Amalaha, founder of Gourmet By Numbers which specializes in providing ready-to-cook meal kits that let you prepare a gourmet meal at home in under 30 minutes. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Studies from NYU and a MBA from Simon Business School (University of Rochester). I love cooking and am passionate about making cooking at home easy and convenient so everyone can take advantage of the benefits of a home cooked meal.
