The Undergraduate Theater Council is the representative body of all theater students in the undergraduate degree program in UCLA's Department of Theater. Founded in 2011 by a core group of representative students, UTC is the primary instrument for students to actively shape their own academic experiences in the School of Theater, Film, and Television.
