Hailing from the hills of Tennessee, Erin Rae is a young singer-songwriter,now residing in Nashville, TN. Pulling inspiration from her father's repertoire of tunes by the great Merle Haggard, Doc Watson, John Prine, Mississippi John Hurt, Nancy Griffith, and the like, Erin creates a familiar pull towards the roots of folk and americana music while maintaining a sound all her own. With the Meanwhiles, at her side, she is excited to record Soon Enough, and take a full-length leap.
