<div> <h3>My amazing children are my life. I have been fighiting since 2009 in court to keep them in the state of Florida. My ex has devoted her time trying to relocate to Missouri and remove me from their life all together. I need the funds now to pay for court Transcripts nessasary for my appeal.&nbsp;</h3> <h3>&nbsp;My ex took off with my children in July of 2009 and I didn't see them for almost a year. She returned to&nbsp;Florida only to leave a second time. I battled in Florida and in Missouri in court . I have paid for 4&nbsp;lawyers. She moved back to Florida and our divorce was final the courts awarded us equal time sharring and my children had both parents half of every week.&nbsp; This is what I want again to ensure the best&nbsp;life for&nbsp;my children. my Children need both parents. My ex testified in court that she just didn't want me in their lives and produced no evidence as to why. Just that she is their mother and she wants to move. Ahe stated she has a job there and will be living with her family working 5.5 days a week. seeing the children for an hour a day. Her parents would be raising the children.</h3> <h3><strong>When here neither of us worked the days we had children to ensure the most time with them. </strong></h3> <h3><strong>if they are allowed to leave I would have 75% of the summer break and little more.&nbsp; thats a far cry fomr equal time.</strong></h3> <h3>&nbsp;Please help me I am a great father and they need me in their life and I need them in mine.
