Indie something something

My name is Zoe Quinn, I have weird hair colors and I am attempting to be an indie game developer. I will write more stuff here when I am not thinking about overly complicated dialogue systems. Someday I’d like to be a narrative designer, but at this point I am more focusing on being able to make my own games solo or in small teams, and do a bit of everything. I love designing games with TONS OF WORDS AND STORIES.

Derp

If you have specific questions/comments/death threats you can yell at me ontwitter or via email at zoe [at] beesgo [dot] biz

Some stuff about me that people find relevant sometimes:

Born in New York, Became a real person in Toronto, now currently stationed in Boston

Founder of Dames Making Games

Visual artist since 2011

Indie game developer since 2011

Urban beekeeper since 2010

Fire spinner since 2012

Resin crafter since 2010

Enormous doofus since 1987

Former careers include: law enforcement, pin-up girl, stand-up comic, musician, photographer, writer.

May resume any of them at any time for a little while (except law enforcement. never again.)

Former hair colors include: blood red, royal purple, neon blue, seafoam green, lilac, shitty fuscia

May resume any of them at any time for a little while (except seafoam green. never again.)

Grew up in a harley shop

Wants to help anyone who can make games learn how

Wants to show anyone who wants to make games that they can

Synesthetic

Enjoys bullet point lists as a way to evade the inevitable awkwardness that comes with trying to describe self.
