<p>George Streicher was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Barrington, IL. From an early age, he was interested in films and filmmaking. His education in filmmaking began with imaginative short films he made as a child. His early attempts at filmmaking later blossomed into more technically advanced projects in his teens. While attending Barrington High School, Streicher was greatly involved with the school's television program, BHS-TV. There, Streicher developed his technical and narrative skills which earned him several National Student Television Awards&nbsp;and Crystal Pillar&nbsp;<a href="http://www.imdb.com/search/name?bio=Award">Award</a>s. After he graduated, he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he pursued work in the film industry. Since then, he has worked on such titles as Robert Redford's "The Company You Keep" and as an editor at Universal Studios. His job titles and talents have ranged from Editor, Writer, Director, Composer and Producer. During his years in California, Streicher often returned to Chicago to produce and direct films with his creative collaborators at Columbia College Chicago. Such films produced include, "Total Eclipse" (2010), "Viper" (2011), "Click to Play" (2011), and "The Laughing Window" (2012). These short films have gone on to achieve great success on the internet and even lead to a collaboration with Tony Valenzuela and Black Box TV - a highly successful YouTube Partner channel. Streicher has collaborated with many intelligent and creative people and continues to push forward with his own projects, as well as assisting with others'.</p>
