My Life Is Music

Born in the Bronx, raised in Puerto Rico, from an early age I had an obsession with listening to and making interesting, ground-breaking music. For twenty years I was New York's number one percussionist, playing with Miles Davis, David Bowie, Mariah Carey, Sonny Rollins and many more. In 2001 I moved to Miami where virtuoso Latin jazz artists and composers who shared my love of great music. I put a band together -- we've made three albums and have enjoyed many great nights of incredible music
