Hello! My name is Nata Albot. I’m a journalist and cultural events producer from Moldova, studying Gestion et Pratiques Socioculturelles de la Gastronomie at University of Quebec in Montreal. Currently I work on my first recipe book “EAT LIKE MOLDOVANS. Best recipes from my mother’s kitchen”. My biggest dream, since I came to Canada, is to promote Moldova the best way I can, through our delicious cuisine. I want to share the love for my country in English and French.
