Dakota and Eileen

Dakota is from Toledo, Ohio. She worked at the former BleakHouse Coffee shop up until the Spitzer Building closed. She was named the Best Barista of 2013 by the Toledo City Paper. Dakota's passion lies in the culinary arts and she will make hand blended organic teas for the shop. Eileen is also from Toledo, Ohio. She is currently a student at the University of Toledo where she studies Urban Planning, Spanish, and Economics. She has also been involved in many local organizations.
