I was born to a loving family in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am the last of five siblings. Ever since I was young, I was extremely creative. When I attended the university, I fell in love with performing. Right out of college, I moved to New York City to become a professional actress. I worked for the Spanish Repertory Theater for 5 years. I moved to Bogota, Colombia in 1996 to work on a TV series and went on to have a prolific career. I am now a screenwriter, director and producer.
