As the Executive Coordinator of the Red Hook Initiative (RHI), Frances manages the social media efforts, leads special projects and special events and provides Executive and Program support for the organization. Frances graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and American Culture in 2011 and is doing research with SparkAction, a one-stop site for stories, news and tools for action by and for children & youth.
