I am an indie filmmaker in post-production on "The Mistover Tale", a modern interpretation of Thomas Hardy's classic novel "The Return of the Native", and "Benedictions From Mali", a narrative non-fiction film based on my personal experiences serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa, and my return 12 years later, after the death of my mother, to find the "Malian mother" and family who had "adopted" me there.
