The PHCA is a small community group dedicated to improving the quality of life in our neighborhood.
The PHCA was established in 1969 and has evolved as Polish Hill has become increasingly diverse, with an influx of new residents and a growing number of artists, musicians, and other creative people. We work on development projects and with City and county offices on neighborhood issues. We organize clean-ups, maintain green spaces and community gardens. We organize events, including an annual arts festival and holiday gatherings.
