Hey There. I'm Christian Scharen, the new pastor of St. Lydia's, a Dinner Church in Brooklyn. St. Lydia's was founded to respond to an aching spiritual hunger at work in this city. Thirteen years later, Dinner Church has become a place where folks come together over a shared meal they've cooked together, and tell stories of the Spirit's work in their lives. It is a space for experimental and radically welcoming worship, and a vibrant partner at work for justice in the Gowanus neighborhood.
