Grower's Paradise

Las Vegas native. Four years in USAF Active Duty, Honorable Discharge.

Throughout my life I have gone from job to job only to come home and take care of my plants, my hobby..... to grow things. Food was always the best thing to grow because we spend money on this stuff at the supermarket.

My father is a very 'naturalist' to say the least about food and body. His devotion to whatgrass over the last 30 years is why I decided I could make a little money if I could grow it better than anyone else. Turned out we were already doing it. So, over the last 8 years we have grown to capture the large majority of wheatgrass outlets here in Las Vegas but that is not a large enough market to really make a difference.

I know it's possible and profitable to grow fresh food indoors year round. Many have laughed at me throughout this and we are still here. Some think I'm crazy for wanting to grow cucumbers and tomatoes, but I think they are crazy for eating out of country produce.

My goal is for farmers in every city to realize that indoor production is not only profitable but ethical on so many levels. I believe within time other cities will follow this trend that logical data and buying demands are proving. The train is on the track I just want to help push it along.
