I am a poet and essayist working on my first book.

Using experimental poetic forms, my writing weaves together narratives related to the body, illness/disability, the natural world, sexuality and gender. I am currently working on my first book, Connective Tissue, which I began after being diagnosed with a genetic disorder that affects my body's collagen, the glue that holds joints, muscles and other tissues together. With my writing, I aim to recreate in language what my body lacks in material.
