La Casa is an institution dedicated to the preservation, education and presentation of the historical, cultural, artistic and literary heritage of Puerto Ricans. Through its Heritage Library/Resource Center, La Casa offers from Cuatro music instruction to workshops, conferences, and an annual gala about the contributions pioneered by the Puerto Rican Diaspora, and other community groups.
