Warrior to Spiritual Monk

I served in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm/ Desert Shield. I struggled with my P.T.S.D. and other issues from the War ( The Invisible Scar). I join the monastic community of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh(Thay) on May 26th, 2002 and have been a monastic student of his ever since. I love reading, cooking, understanding myself better, Marital Arts, Volleyball, Hanging with the young adult and helping young people better take care of themselves.
