Without primates, ecosystems die, without trees - we all die.

I am currently a PhD candidate/Fulbright Fellow in the Anthropology department at the University at Buffalo. My focus is primatology and I have 8 years experience working with primates. I began with non-invasive behavioral research on captive chimpanzees and have now moved on to study stress in both captive and wild Sulawesi crested black macaques. I have traveled to Indonesia twice to conduct preliminary research and in October, 2014 I will begin my dissertation research.
