Grizzly Peak Films is the brainchild of actor/director Michael Worth. Born on the east coast to a family descended from Delaware Indians and Chesapeake Bay boat builders, Worth began his love affair with film at 10 years old, making his first film, "The Tire", on a small super 8mm camera. Through high school, the fascination grew and refined itself over dozens of shorts filmed throughout the Bay Area before he finally moved down to Los Angeles and started in the "Big Time".... being an extra.Over the years he would work as an actor, soon landing one of the leads on the "Baywatch with Guns" style Acapulco HEAT. Inspired by 60s filmmaker John Cassavetes, Worth began to raise funding for projects himself and he began writing and producing projects including Ghost Rock, Killing Cupid and his feature film directorial debut, "God's Ears". Recently he directed the Eric Stoltz drama Fort McCoy and starred in the American World Pictures production, "Jabberwocky" for director Steven R. Monroe
