A writer and professor with a passion for filmmaking!

I teach global studies and political theory at Virginia Tech. My research looks at the wide-ranging impact of globalization and economic inequality, with a particular focus on cities. I write academic articles, op-eds, blog pieces and am currently working on a book manuscript based on urban renewal in the Indian capital city of New Delhi. I also work on documentary films and have done this in both India and the United States.
