Alex has worked for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts for just under 10 years. As Senior Manager - Talent Development, Alex is responsible for initiating, raising funding for and delivering programmes dedicated to identifying and promoting new talent in film, television and games. As Acting Head of Film in 2012 and 2013, Alex oversaw the British Academy Film Awards. Prior to this she worked on various projects for BAFTA including programming industry events across the UK.
