Always in search of merging nostalgia and innovation in my food, it has come time to build my own space!

I have always loved food - eating it, making it, reading about it, imagining it, growing it, buying it, everything about it. My love for cooking eventually steered me away from my academic background in Geography and towards culinary school and ultimately some of the best restaurants in the world. Now I am back home to cook my favourite things, breakfast and baking, and build a unique and welcoming bakery space to host my community.
