Isela Hernandez

I am originally from Del Rio, Texas, along the US-Mexico border where I was born and raised, and where the business is based. After 10 years as a merchant in the fashion industry, I became active in community development and worked at an international NGO with a mission to eradicate poverty and inequity in the developing world and along the US-Mexico border. Inspired by this experience, I started HERNAN to promote my culture and to create economic opportunities in both Del Rio & in Mexico.
