Sahirr is a filmmaker from Mumbai (India) in the MFA Film Directing program at UCLA.
Sahirr is an MFA candidate at UCLA's film school and a screenwriting post-graduate from FTII. He aspires to write and direct films with universal themes internationally. Sahirr is a Tata Scholar, Alfred P Sloan Directing Awardee, recipient of the 2014 AMPAS Internship Fellowship, two time MPAA Award winner and a Telluride FilmLAB Fellow. He has worked on various productions, such as Life of Pi (2012), Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol (2011) and My Friend Pinto (2011).
