Filmmaker, Illustrator and Photographer

Additionally, Steven’s films have screened at Chicago’s DuSable Museum of African History, The Art Institute of Chicago’s Gene Siskel Film Center, The Pan African Film Festival, The American Black Film Festival, The XVII and XVIX Black International Cinema Film Festivals in Berlin, Germany; The Portobello Film Festival in England and at festivals in Hawaii and St. Louis. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none; text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic""> <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none; text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic"">Steven has been the recipient of numerous grants and monetary awards and in 2004 was chosen to participate in a Fulbright seminar for the study of visual culture in Germany.
