For the past 3 years I've been honing my photography chops working in the community through events and art institutions- relearning a craft passed down to me by my father. I've witnessed tons through my lens, and I want to turn it around on myself to explore the distances I feel in my cultural identity through a residency at B4BEL4ND. I want to contribute in some way to incubating the stories and art of Middle Eastern diasporas.
