Originally performed last year in Beijing, Rent a White Guy is an award-winning, quirky, imaginative, and enlightened travel-tale that follows Charlie: a regular American guy who just wants to be somebody. As he chases that goal, he finds himself in China, where an international cast of characters – all with their own ambitions and dreams deferred – set Charlie on an adventure of self-discovery, language barriers, and what it means to belong. Featuring original music, a bilingual book, and a lot of zany heart, Rent A White Guy is a psychedelic trip to the East that is not to be missed!

Fish Out Of Water Productions is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization.
