My name is Mat Ewing and I am a self taught Chef. I have been working in restaurants for over twelve years. I have a strong passion for nose to tail cooking and sourcing local. Tapas style restaurants have grabbed my attention over the past few years and I have decided we needed that experience in our area. A laid back, high energy, fun, relaxing, intense restaurant that you can spend hours at. Another experience that we will implement is late night dining on weekends.
