A Girl Champion!

I am a Girl Champion and the Young African Leader, Washington Fellow 2014. I am the founder of Pad Heaven Initiative formed 3 years ago and has so far supplied over 1000 girls with sanitary pads, undergarments and reproductive health information. I am publishing a booklet to be distributed to all girls in school to learn about menstruation management, sexuality and HIV/AIDS. i am excited about this project as this will be the first sanitary pads in Kenya to be made from banana fiber!
