I have worked as an engineer in many countries since 2002, such as Jordan and Pakistane. Wherever I stay, I find one interesting thing in common. Sometimes a person may hang up the ringing cell phone and call back by the land-line facility to use the free call resources in the land-line. the large amount free communication resources in the land-line, which is an big advantage compared with cell phone, so how to help the people to use these free resources is our final aim, so here we are!
