<p><strong>I need your help :(</strong>&nbsp;I have been diagnosed with&nbsp;<strong>Osteomyelitis</strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<em>Streptococcus</em>&nbsp;<strong>Bone Marrow Infection</strong>. I will need treatment for the next&nbsp;<strong>2 to 3 months</strong>&nbsp;I pride myself as a person who is extremely outgoing, and positive. I used to do a lot with my daughter and now I cannot. About 8 months ago I started having 100&rsquo;F to 101&rsquo;F fever everyday as well as fatigue. After 3 months of this, pain was added to my list of symptoms &amp; I found a cavity in my back molar so I went to the dentist. He performed an emergency root canal and gum surgery. &nbsp;After the root canal my symptoms surprisingly got WORSE, Pain, fatigue and eventually sepsis in my body. Despite trying 6 simple antibiotics my infection continued to worsen. We discovered the molar was fractured during the root canal, allowing the infection had spread to my jaw bone. After a CT-Scan and almost 30 vials of blood I finally had a diagnosis.. I have&nbsp;<strong>DENTAL OSTEOMYELITIS,</strong>&nbsp;which is a Bone Infection and if not treated can kill me. My white count is too low to travel and I have already spent a little over $5500 on the wrong treatment. &nbsp;Now I NEED to Correct treatment. I am desperate to live, be healthy again and be there and do things with my daughter! She's a teenager and really needs her mother in her life!</p> <p>This is why I am asking for help, any help please.&nbsp; I haven&rsquo;t been able to work in over 7 months and my daughter is starting high school in a little over a month from now.&nbsp; She needs her mom healthy and strong. I DON'T have Dental Insurance and only Basic medical insurance which won't cover this treatment. &nbsp; The only medication left to treat this for me is IV-Vancomycin.</p> <p><strong>Medication only: Vancomycin IV $15,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Outpatient IV treatment: cost $13,552 per patient</strong></p> <p><strong>Dental jaw surgery: $7000++</strong></p> <p><strong>CT-Scan $785.00</strong></p> <p><strong>Doctors appts and Previous treatments: $5500</strong></p> <p><strong>Estimated Cost for my recovery: $41,837.00++</strong></p> <p><strong>It doesn't matter if its $10, $25 or $100</strong>&nbsp;every little bit helps. And if you cannot afford to donate, please will you email it or post this on various social networking tools to spread the word for me?</p> <p><strong>My recovery will be long and costly much more than I am asking. &nbsp;The goal is only set at $10,000, but I'm hoping &nbsp;for more donations to cover all my medical bills from Osteomyelitis....but anything will help!!
