I am obsessed with information access. Before founding Outernet, I managed a seed fund for news and information startups in emerging markets. I've worked on digital products in public radio , worked as an information technologist at an international design consultancy, and failed to be very productive at the Graduate School of Information and Library Science at the University of Illinois.
