I've been making movies independently for years - thoughtful but trashy little screwed up balls of concept & lo-fi glitz. They've played at festivals the world over (sometimes I'm asked back to be on juries, which I encourage) & it's meant I've been able to meet & work with a lot of superb people. In 2013 I was airlifted out of Manchester & deposited in the safe hands of the great Béla Tarr at his film.factory in Sarajevo, where I'm completing an MFA with a cohort of international lost souls.
