HARP is resident initiated and organized project that is transforming a three-block public alleyway in downtown Holyoke, Massachusetts into an engaging and creative public art installation. Comprised of a group of artists, urban planners, educators, and community organizers, the project envisions the reclamation of this public space for community use.
